Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Kite N Surf for your lessons & rentals.
Kite surfing & Windsurfing
Booking your lessons and rentals is easy! For the kite surfing lessons and rentals you should buy through our online booking system the required courses and classes. And you can get in touch with us by email or call us at 00971558006363 to schedule the lesson then. The schedules can be flexible with enough notice, and within the constraints of the 24 hours cancellation policy. Once the kite surfing course starts your following lessons will be agreed with your instructor and the payment should be done through the online booking system.
Paddle boarding & Kayaking
For paddle boarding classes you can either join the scheduled regular weekly time slot through our online booking system or book one off lessons tailored to your scheduling needs, please get in touch with us by email or call us at +971558006363 for bookings. The same apply for the rentals as per the available time slots.

Efoiling
Booking your lessons and rentals is easy! For the Efoil lessons and rentals you can book directly through our online booking system based on the availability and cancellation within the constraints of the 24 hours cancellation policy.
Safety
Do I need to be able to swim?
Some activities require a basic level of swimming to be able to be more comfortable during the activity session. Kite N surf requests everyone that books activity must wear the life jacket (basically buoyancy aids) provided by our team. Safety is our primary concern.
Is there an age requirement?
The age requirement is 6 years and upwards. Minors must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian during the rental activities (during the lessons the minors are accompanied by our instructors). Minor children, meaning those under 18 years old and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Covid 19
In line with the United Arab Emirates government requirements:
- Our dressing room at our Nessnass beach shop is closed
- No storage is available for personal belongings
- No possibility to remain on site after any activity

Cancellation Policy
Kite surfing, Windsurfing, Kayaking and paddle boarding lesson times are not set in stone, and the schedules can be flexible with enough notice, and within the constraints of the 24hours/ 48hours cancellation policy.
New students and returning costumers must always sign the waiver during the payment process or later through the link they will receive by email with the payment receipt. The payment for the lessons and the rentals should be done always in advance.
Everybody’s schedules are busy, and as a school that is structured on an hourly basis, it is incredibly important that we are informed as soon as you are aware that you are unable to attend a lesson.
There is currently a waiting list for all the lessons, In order to allow us to schedule effectively and make sure that no one misses out on the opportunity to take lessons, we ask that you agree to the following:
• For all lessons and rentals during the weekdays, all cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
• For all lessons and rentals during the weekends, all cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours for weekdays and less than 48 hours during weekends in advance will be charged in full and your cancellation will count as a used lesson/rental.
• Exceptional circumstances and illness will be taken into consideration.
• If cancellation apply the lesson and rental can be rescheduled by contacting us via email aloha@kitensurf.ae or call us at 00971508006363 . We will do our best to reschedule, however with a full roster, it is challenging and you may have to wait until the following week for your next class.
• For big groups and birthday parties, cancellation should be made at least 1 week in advance.
• Participants that fail to show for any lesson type will be charged in full for the lesson, no exceptions.
• If Kite N Surf cancels your lesson due to unfavorable wind, waves or dangerous weather conditions, you will not be liable for any lesson costs.

Vouchers & Gift Vouchers
- The vouchers are valid until Six months from the date of issuance.
- The vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
- Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue.
